The Livmore is a newly developed condominium at the corner of Bay and Gerrard that offers 114 parking spaces in the first 4 levels of the underground parking. This location uses the convenient pay by plate system that allows the user to enter their plate information instead of displaying their ticket on the dash. Also, guests can log on to the INDIGO app to reserve parking ahead of time and skip the meter.
