Located in Steinbach, Fitness Zone offers 24 hours 7 days/week card access, with everything for your workout: pre, during, and post workout products, as well as food supplements like Vege GreensPhytoBerry, multi-vitamins and fish oil omega 3 supplements! Our personal trainers have credentials such as Bachelor of Kinesiology, Can-Fit-Pro, "SAFE International, Movement Coaching, Technique Teaching", functional movement and functional training, Kid's Zone (Fitness equipment and space for kids to exercise). We are the only fitness facility in Southern Manitoba that has exercise machines designed specifically for children! These machines look and function just like the adult ones, but are scaled down to fit children. We also have interactive equipment for all ages to enjoy!
