Neufeld Legal is focused on (1) employment law exclusively for employees and focus on payroll and end-of-job scenarios, whether fired, terminated, laid-off, resigning or quitting one's job; and (2) business law, including commercial acquisitions (buying & selling of businesses), business development, contracts, financing and leasing, tax and succession planning. Presently operating the law firm of Neufeld Legal P.C. in both Alberta and Ontario, he draws upon his experience in New York City as a corporate securities attorney on Wall Street, to effectively serve the best interests of his business clients. His practice includes the representation of both established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a vast array of commercial transactions.
