To assist you in your soul/spiritual development, physical well-being/health, and mental/emotional balance, we provide you with a number of ways in which you can engage in the school and thus create a way of study and experiential work best suited to you. From private sessions in counselling to body work and movement, you can enjoy learning more about your self and your body, and how to help your self in all aspects of your life and being. For the more serious practitioner, Souhl Centre offers you a spiritual path of study: the path of the warrior, the natural physician/healer and the monk/priestess. Private studies in Kung fu, Chi Kung and Yoga are offered as well as classes and seminars on healing, health and increasing levels of wellness. The focus is on learning the tools with which one can know/heal one's self and Work on one's level of Being.
