My private practice in Charlottetown, Brenda Randall Counselling, includes helping individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in the areas of stress, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, and couples and family counselling. Many people face challenges during transitions, loss, and change, and need a non-judgmental and objective listener. My counselling style varies with the need of the client - Narrative, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused, and Adlerian or Strength Based. I focus on what the client needs to get out of therapy to feel better. My fees are eighty dollars an hour, and I am covered by some Employee Assistance Providers.
