    Do not use these movers. They provide wildly inaccurate quotes, misleading information, and overcharge. Movers took an extremely long time to move my stuff to inflate the hourly charge.

    Not even 1 star! I'm still not sure who the owner is but I suspect it was the individual that my husband and I were dealing with Monday. But If not, I do hope this email finds its way to him or her. I cannot begin to describe how absolutely outraged, appauled and furious I am with the lack of professionalism, disregard for others' valuable time and the blatant lies my husband and I were fed throughout what was a SCHEDULED move Monday afternoon. It is beyond me how a company such as yourself could willingly TAKE ADVANTAGE of people during a time that is supposed to be a happy occasion, only to ruin it by deliberately leaving us completely STRANDED! Who does that? I can't recall how many years of business you've been in, but I'm sure it won't be for much longer. I will do my part to make sure no one else is taken advantage like we have been. Do yourself a favour, next time you can't provide a service, man up and be honest about it so that people who are relying on you can at least make alternate arrangements early on. Anyone with a shred of decency would have. What you and your employees put us through was truly despicable, unacceptable and disturbing. Shameful also comes to mind. I could go on, but you probably have heard it all before as I have no doubt that I am not the first nor the last to be screwed over (for the lack of a better term) by your company. No matter though, because eventually your actions will catch up to you. It's called KARMA. Oh, and the Better Business Bureau and the power of social media!
