unfathomable how horrible the service was. my travel companion rented a car and ask if he could bring my documents to add me as a second driver. representative said I needed to be present. he advised my companion to take the car and to drop in at 8am before our travels for a quick add on. he never showed up. at 9. another individual who is not a hertz representative attempted to help us. the hertz rep kept calling the other individual and hanging up when we his colleague passed us the phone. he actually, at 9:20 showed up and as he parked, saw us, reversed and drove away, proceeding to call his colleague. he finally accepted to speak to us and had the nerve to ask why we were complicating things and wasting his time. completely unprofessional and beyond a professional standpoint, insulting and unnerving. never again. hertz needs to be more selective in their hiring process and have, if they will not offer proper customer service, at least have minimal respective for the individuals they are dealing with. when we called hertz customer service, they were not helpful either with this ordeal.
