    JUST THE FACTS
    Fact: John needed payment up front, $2000 cash was given to him. Fact: John said video would be completed in 'a few months.' Fact: We started calling John 8 months after our wedding to inquire about when our wedding video would be completed. Fact: John did call us back and asked for more time, which we were fine with. Fact: Our 2nd wedding anniversary came and went and no word from John. He did not respond to any phone calls, e-mails, or texts. Fact: We contacted the banquet hall where John was our MC and where John is familiar with owners and managers to ask if they could help us get our video. Fact: John texted us 3 days later and said video was ready to be picked-up. I asked John to be there so that we could chat. Fact: John left our wedding video at the reception desk of the office space he shares (with a dj company). He was not there to meet me in person. Fact: We watched the first few minutes of our video and my wife cried. The editing, sound and everything else about the video is not close to the quality that John promised us. The songs we chose to be in our video were not used. Fact: We have not watched the video since.

    Never thought this would happen to me, but it actually has. I am stuck with a non completed wedding video. John was so inviting and seemed friendly. Paid $1,500 to get excuses after excused. Finally after a year and a half, I got my raw copy and rough copy. Yes I myself slacked in telling John what changes I wanted, but to take my money and not finish what was started is completely wrong. I will never recommend this guy or company to anyone. My hard earned money shot out the window. I will fight to get my money back.

    TERRIBLE!!
    Terrible customer service! John sounds inviting at first, but once he takes your money, don't expect anything. He makes excuses after excuse, and the quality of his videos are crappy compared to what he shows you! Avoid at all costs! We should have known when he asked for the money the initial visit. If you want a good wedding video, go elsewhere!!
