I was simply trying to return or exchange item and more then happy to take store credit since I'm a regular customer at this location but was only given 2 days to spend credit which I asked nicely to manager if I can be given more time but instead ended in a small argument and me leaving unhappy and really not looking forward to chopping at Canadian tire and will start to do my best to purchase tools online from suppliers rather then Canadian tire or I'll go to Home Depot Any questions feel free to contact me via email
