They had a major miscommunication on their end and refused to take any ownership of their mistake. As I said, absolutely horrible customer service. There are so many other better and customer appreciating locations in the KW area that can do what they do. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
