I gave them another chance but - once again - they never showed up. There was always some kind of excuse but the bottom line is they are not reliable and they just don't care. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these dumdums. ANYBODY else can do a better job. Too bad there isn't a "zero star" option. Reluctantly, and only because you HAVE to assign at least one star to this review, they get one star. But they certainly don't deserve it. I deal with a lot of businesses. The Carpet Place is one of the worst for customer service.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
