To Whom It May Concern:
On January 21, 2016, I was driving to a school in Staynor, Ontario to do a science workshop. I put my wipers on to clean my windshield when, all of a sudden, the right wiper blade flew off my car onto the road behind me.
I saw a Shell station in the distance and when I reached it, I pulled in. It was a small station with no mechanic’s bay. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could replace my right wiper blade. He said in a moment as he waited on a couple of customers. He advised me to pull my car up beside his side door. I did. He checked the number on what was left of the blade and removed it. He waited on a few more customers, got a wiper blade from the wall and put it on my car. He asked me to try it out. I did and it worked perfectly.
The cashier’s name is Sam Saran of #132165253 at 12384 Country Rd 10 Hwy 26, Staynor, ON L0M 1S0 705-428-3581. The blade cost me $20.00. Sam waited on 8 customers including me. I didn’t have to wait long and the other customers didn’t have to wait at all.
Sam supplied me with professional and courteous service. He was quick, efficient, and had a pleasant demeanor.
If you recognize Shell employees who give excellent service, Sam certainly has my vote.
