The desk clerk told me to bring it in and they would see if it could be done to my specification. After giving it a good look to ascertain it's suitability, and discussion to come up with a slight variation in my design, they did it in less than 5 minutes! Incredible. This business was friendly and professional. I left feeling like I'd won the lottery! The cut lid fit perfectly and my tank still looks awesome. I have no qualms recommending Niagara Glass Ltd. Spread the word.
By Nadia from st.catharinesCustomer ReviewVery bad customer service. They only care about money not the quality of their product. Will never do business with them. I took the table top for them. The glass top that they made was not a perfect fit also the quality was awful. In less than two months the whole glass shattered and my son got cut in different areas of his body. When I called them to see what he has to say all I heared was excuses. Then he offered me few dollars off just to shut my mouth. people have the right to know what kind of people these people are. I would never do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
By Peter from ThoroldAwful Customer ServiceI provided Niagara Glass with a dimensioned drawing, pictures and detailed description of the shower door I was looking for. They sent me a quote and I confirmed the scope with the sales person. I booked my appointment to have the shower measured and they never showed up, only after another month did they finally come to measure. The technician just walked in without ringing the doorbell and was wearing a somewhat pornographic T-shirt which I didn't appreciate having young children in the house. He seemed knowledgeable enough and we discussed all the options, and I thought we had everything figured out. He then sent me a new price for more than double the original quote. Eventually I spoke with the owner and he said that the original quote didn't include any labour which was a complete lie as the quote clearly stated supply & install, but he conveniently couldn't figure out how to open it on his computer. At the end of it all they refused to honour their quote and it wasted months of my time.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
