I was waiting for this shipment when I saw the Canpar driver pull up to my house. I was upstairs at the time and hurried downstairs to get to the door. By the time I got the door open (less than 10 seconds), he was driving away, he had not even gotten out of his truck to ring my doorbell.
I discovered when I went onto the Canpar site that my house was classified as "not home".
Ever since Transforce took over Canpar their quality of service has gone drastically downhill. I understand that the drivers have often up to 100 stops to make in an 8 hour day, but, if they are not going to even attempt the delivery, let alone get out of their vehicle to leave a courtesy card, why are they even in business?
I will seriously reconsider purchaing anything online from any company that uses this shoddy courier company for delivery.

Apparently came to apartment complex twice, 2nd time I had left them my cell to call on their notice. Even though they were RIGHT THERE with the package, they did not call, just left another slip (again without a tracking number) to say I could pick it up at their depot on Ages. So if they won't deliver, why is anyone using this company? NOT RECOMMENDED.
