By Broom from Oshawa(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Monday May 12 SERVICE DOWNOne day per week I get off, this week that day was yesterday and the King St Oshawa office system was down. Now I understand that 'these things happen' but with the deadlines for particular services, people's schedules---I can only imagine the number of people who made alternative arrangements so they could get to the DMV to renew their license or whatever---this sort of thing is VERY inconvenient and unnecessary. There should be a back-up system. The only thing that could be renewed were Health cards. Next time maybe post a sign ON THE SIDEWALK/AT THE ENTRANCE clearly visible for people to see before they waste their time slinking into that skinny driveway, parking their vehicle and walking to the door for nothing. Drivers have to slow and be distracted just to see the Service Ontario sign as it is (that sign needs to be way more visible than it presently is) so a sign at the entrance to the driveway stating an issue would have been a courtesy. "SERVICE ONTARIO SYSTEM DOWN" next time.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
