Surprisingly the guy was still in the store doing paper work but still took the time out to deal with me....I must say he was a little cranky lol. My overall experience was great. Words of advise if you're gonna reserve a vehicle by telephone the operators will not inform you that if you don't have a credit card on hand that you'll be charged a $300 deposit. Luckily for me I walked with cash just incase. The overall experience was great.-
