    Chiappa Distribution in Canada
    This company has the distinction of being the sole Chiappa distributor for Canada so far as I can make out. I am a civil war re-enactor and wanted the Chiappa versions of the 1861 Springfield and the 3-band Enfield. As advised by the company I went through my local gun store and waited 15 months for the Springfield. When I got home from the Gettysburg 150th it finally showed up. I stupidly then ordered a 3 band Enfield (July 2013. It is now April of 2015 and my store can get no better information than it is on back-order. I could have bought one at any sutler at 2014's event at Cedar Creek or any town I visited before or after that, but did not want my dealer to be stuck with something that wouldn't sell. Yet there doesn't seem to be any way to get even one to Canada in nearly two years. NO information has been forthcoming to either me or my dealer. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I cannot understand the delay, and they do not seem to want to do anything other than make me keep waiting. No creative solution, no desire to satisfy a very patient customer. I think this is reprehensible and will never deal with them again. I will leave a space in my case and buy any further guns while in the states on vacation.

    Very poor customer service
    Had an item in for repair and only after finally contacting them 6 months later (They ignored my registered letters) did they advise it was never sent out. It was sitting on their shelves doing nothing. in spite of a promise to rush the repair, Here we are a year later and not a word from them. Completely unacceptable service.
