    Not a good experience
    I ordered an AC ADAPTER for an RCA Blue ray DVD player. I was sent a REMOTE Control. I been trying for two days to contact someone to get this rectified. Two phone numbers didn't work. I have been emailing and so far no reply. I definitely would not recommend this business to my friends

    my radio
    I sent a radio to these people and have no way of contacting them as to the progress or not of my account with them i received an ra#ca269251W but seems to be bogus as no account when i look up online.

    I recently sent a rca tablet back ticket # gb634992w did not work brand new. I received it back today it has a long scratch on the back of the tablet as well it was not returned with the directions or original box I sent...I have been waiting 30 min on hold w customer service no one will answer. My contact info is jaelynng1969@yahoo.ca....hope customer relations views their reviews...help please. Well almost an hour on hold customer service answered... Very rudely told it was my fault I was not supposed to have sent box and instructions... I was told to not send assesories as in the charger that is what I was told nothing about box and instructions. She did say send the tablet back again but can not get the box I sent with how I was treated I will keep the scratched tablet and will not be buying from rca again
