Pawned a gold necklace. Later when I was looking at the receipt I noticed the guy I dealt with had written a description of the necklace as having a broken clasp. It didn't when I brought it in! I know this for sure! Have owned the necklace for many many years and simply was not broken in anyway. I returned to pick it back up and they denied denied denied. Two of them aggressively came at me...You signed the slip as having a broken clasp when you pawned it. Ya right. I did but I didn't notice he had slipped that in the description. The guy I initially dealt with was there and knew what he had done. He either broke it while first inspecting it or he had a broken clasp he wanted to exchange it with? Not sure but the guy was dishonest. Be careful with this bunch. This was my first pawn experience. I guess I'm not really all that surprised. I find it rather low how they make their money but was necessary when I didn't have a better option. Just be careful they don't scam you more than you agree to.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
