Our firm was founded in 2012. For many years before that time, the firm’s principal, Ben Hanuka, an experienced commercial and franchise litigator, led a successful career in downtown Toronto, at a mid-sized firm, followed by a boutique litigation firm. Our principal lawyer, Ben Hanuka, is Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. He frequently writes, presents and provides commentary to the legal and general media about franchise law, civil litigation, arbitration, the future of the legal profession, and legal technology.
