I hired them for 2 week project work with set price for the time period telling them that I'll further notify about start date to which they agreed. I then hanged my mind and decided not to proceed with project and informed them right away asking for refund. And was denied and told that started doing work without my permission and need to be paid. Those guys don't have contracts or policies set in place to refer to nor ethics for dealing with customers. They rip you off and tell to consult a lawyer if any disagreement Stay away!-
