When I got my Honda Keys back I immediately noticed that the key was fractured to a point of being in almost two pieces almost like it could talk to you by opening and closing with a chunk of plastic missing. I immediately complained asked the automotive manager what happened to my key and his response wasNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
