By Tara from North TorontoCustomer ReviewWe needed a new bbq and decided on Nepoleon because it is a great bbq(had one for 15 years) and the majority of their high end bbq's are made in Barrie Ontario. I started researching on line followed by calling suppliers in my local area. Third call I made was to True Value Hardware on Bayview. I spoke with Art. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Bbq's and took a lot of time explaining various details. I went to visit him at the store. He was amazingly pleasant and not one bit pushy. I called back a few times after I left because I was stuck on the size of the bbq I wanted to purchase. Still he took the time to walk me through it. He even called the supplier to see if they could deliver the one we choose so we could have it before the long weekend. I guess if you want honest, knowledgable, friendly, service then you should go see Art. You won't be disappointed.-
