bad customer service when a customer calls to to make an observation they will never ever take responsibility even if it is their fault it is always the customers fault , normally in any customer based business the customer is always right to maintain a good reference eg. i ordered a bag of ruffles chips plain and ruffles onion dip. i had explain im only calling because i went to the stores closest to my home and they were all out , the delivery driver showed up with a diff brand of dip and when i would not accept it i was told in order to send the driver back out to get the right kind i ordered i would have to pay an additional charge i then called to complain and the man on the phone was rude and would not take responsibility and when i said if someone orders tim hortons and you bring them mcdonalds how is that any different to then he hung up on me very poor service so angry. had other similar experiences small compared to this .
