We are a custom manufacturer of a large range of polyurethane and epoxy based products. Ready to meet your business needs from standard products to custom formulations with over 20 years of coating and casting experience. With extensive formulating and processing experience on polyurethane, polyuria, epoxy based coatings, foams, sealants, adhesives and primers. Ourt completed coating products include radiation resistant for AECL, NSF approved epoxy, heat and flame resistant, 100% solids and zero VOC bed liner. Furthermore, our coatings guarantees fast set, no VOC’s, excellent bond strengths and resistant to different environments. Additionally, the company casts a large range of polyurethane products in various shapes, sizes, colours and hardness. Some products we currently produce include: wheels, rollers, seals, protective sleeves, bumper pads, bars, rods and tubes. In comparison to rubber and other plastics, our casting products provide superior performances which include resistance from heat, water, impact and mould. Positively, Elastochem is ISO 9001:2008 certified which means we are committed to quality.
