They have hired the laziest and not detail oriented contractors to build their homes. They definitely do not take pride in their work. We have had our ducts disconnected by the plumber to run his pipes, and never reconnected again. Our home does not match the drawing of our floor plan in our contract, neither our baseboards nor our door trims touch our floor, we have an unfinished floor in our home because they forgot to include that space in the square footage we paid to have upgraded - so we have a ply wood floor with everything around it finished, our water taps have snapped off from hand connecting lines to them and our maple stairs became detached and moved when we walked on them. Believe it or not the list does go on. I would not suggest buying a home from this builder unless you have a really great sense of humour. The real estate agents you have to deal with to confirm your upgrades are a JOKE- they sold us upgrades that did not exist then when asked about another upgrade told us we don't need it because our home does not have a railing on the stairs- to find out later that we would have the standard railing in a completely upgraded home if we did not pay for the upgraded railing we were told we did not need. NOTHING BUT HEADACHES building with them. Definitely has turned me off of buying a new home again. I couldn't imagine all builders work like this because people would be going out of their minds. disgusting craftsman ship - our cupboard valances and crown mouldings aren't flush with the cupboards themselves the doors do not cover the cabinets you can see right into them - and because of how the cabinets were built they had to take chunks out of our window trim so they would fit. just horrible HORRIBLE work. please PLEASE look elsewhereNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
