I went for a ultrasound for the first time there,it excellent and they were really helpful. The Tech was very efficient and quick with her work .Overall the service was outstanding I was amazed and will recommend everybody to go there.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I will be going back for any future ultrasounds I will be having in this pregnancy, the lady who did my Anatomic ultrasound was very kind and experienced. She made great conversation for the whole hour and made me feel respected. The lab was empty and there was no wait. She was very descriptive of all the parts she was scanning over and made sure I understood where everything was on the baby. I can't remember here name but it started with a T.. Best part was the Saturday availability.
By L from Brampton(0 of 1 customers found this review helpful)HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT go here for an ultrasound!!!!!!I had an ultrasound appointment at 11 and I was still waiting at 11:40. I asked how much longer and they had said I already was done! I said no i wasn't. They mixed up the rec forms and had someone elses info on my rec form. They asked me why i didnt come when my name was called and i said they never called my name so trying to blame me. Then asked me who was the person who went in my place, like really??? I am in severe pain because my bladder is full since 10am because i was told to stop drinking an hour before my appointment and now its 11:40!!!! I finally go in and nothing is explained to me no one cares that my bladder is ready to explode. My ultrasounds are completed and I am on my way out and the tech says go sit out in the waiting room, so I do. 5 mins later she calls me back in and says I have to come back that nothing was saved. The tech didn't care she is like go drink your water and that she is working til 6pm so i can come back anytime. I cant come back and so she said she could take me after her current client. Anyway she does my ultrasounds after waiting another 20 mins and this time she was able to save it! very traumatizing and now im worried about my results because of the mix up prior that i may get the other persons results! I will NEVER go back there or recommend it! Please be aware if you ever go for an ultrasound here!!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Mo from BramptonCustomer ReviewI went in there to get my first ips done, it's the first pregnancy ultrasound at 12 weeks. The appointment lasted about 20 mins, first of all the technician had a cold and kept breathing in my face. So uncomfortable, she didn't say much to me except ask me if that was my first ultrasound. When I was done I asked for pics and you would not believe what I got. A picture of my baby's head. THATS IT!! I asked the girl what was that she said that's it, and it was just printed on a half sheet of letter size paper. I was soooo disappointed. My first pregnancy, I'm super excited, I want to savor the moment and show my family and for keepsakes and that's what I got. Tsk tsk tsk. If you need anything else done go there, if you want baby ultrasound pics, forget it!!!!-
