At PRIMAL Kitchen of Halifax we have a passion for meat. Our menu celebrates the animal with expertly prepared items using prime cuts, whether it’s our house-made charcuterie selection, beer-braised short rib, or a juicy burger. Smoked, cured and butchered — we do it all here. All the menu items at PRIMAL start with fundamental ingredients and are skilfully prepared. Along with charcuterie we feature raw items like oysters, entrées such as steak frites, and unique desserts like bacon marshmallow s'more. We offer a primal and a charcuterie feature that change weekly.
