I live about an hour away, so I booked an appointment to have my windshield replaced and prepaid for the cost of the service when I dropped my vehicle off. The next day they called to say that it would be almost 100 dollars more. When I challenged them on it, they gave me some line about it being their supplier's fault, to which I said...I'm not buying it from the supplier, I am buying it from you and I've already paid for the windshield. Their response: not my problem, not our mistake, you can take your car somewhere else then. In the end it we did just that...but what a nightmare. Initially what I thought would be great service, was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. I guess the customer is always wrong here. they will not stand by their quotes...even if you pay. Customers beware.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
