The hair cuts looked good, the facility was nice, we didn't have to wait long and I thought I had found a cool place to get my kids hair cut. The next 2 times we only brought our son and decided we're never coming back. My son and I were there a couple days ago and I was completely unimpressed. My son kept complaining that the razor she was using was hurting him, but she ignored him and kept going. At first I assumed my son (who's 7) was just moving his head too much and told him to sit still and quietly which he did. After she finished with the razor she spraid his hair with water and at least twice spraid him directly in the eyes which I wittnessed. She then began cutting his hair and before she was even half waz done I could see the entire back of my sons neck and left side behind his ear turning bright red and swelling up with razor burn. By the time we got home it looked so bad I considered taking him to the doctor. When his mother saw it she told me the exact same thing happened last time she brought him there during the summer: he complained about it hurting, his neck turned red, and not only did the hair dresser ignore it but she actually glared at her every time our son said something as if she was expecting his mom to tell him to "shut up" about it. I've talked to other parents at my childrens daycare who reported similiar experiences. I do NOT recommend coming here and I will not be bringing my kids back.
