By Bob from CalgaryA Great Place to Eat. Fantastic FoodHave been to drifters restaurant a few times in the past. It was always getting better. The last time was on Saturday 31 oct. I noticed a big change starting in June this year. New manager and some staff changes were in place. Wow they did an amazing job. Food is home style and very tasty. Breakfasts are the best I have tasted in a long time. Now they have the full restaurant open both sides and lots of great servers. On saturday we wnt in and they have changed the server. Now they have two and service is very fast. This place is really starting to get popular. I notice that they change their specials everyday, and their prices are the most reasonable I have seen for the quality and quantity I receive. With the introduction of their new pork chops, and the pu style fish and chips, this is the place to go. I have spoke to friends who go in at night and they say the same thing.It is great. Also they have all of their menu items ready for take out. That is great for my trucker buddies who can fuel at the commercial pump, order what they want to eat and have the food ready to go when they complete fueling. I would recommend the burgers, caesar salad or breakfast. They have the best bacon and sausages in town. Kootos to the new managers and staff the way you have brought this restaurant back from the way it was for many years. KEEP UP the Great work.
