We are Hi-Tech custom parts manufacturer serving Aerospace, Avionics, Military Defence, Medical, Optics and other industries and have been doing so, in the capital region since 1998. We specialize in complex manufactured components, requiring multiple setups. Excel utilizes in-house CNC milling and turning. Although familiar with many CAD/CAM softwares, the shop primarily uses Mastercam. Employees are thoroughly qualified and trained in the areas of machine tool orientation, CNC machine operation, multi-machine production, quality inspection and machine shop safety. They are encouraged to take ownership of their production work by giving feedback on CNC programming, shop safety issues and overall shop operation.
