This apartment building has been under new management for the past two years, and they are excellent. A lot of various work has been done. The apt. manager does very good work and she is friendly and professional. I like living here.

She works very hard and has helped to make this a good place to live. She’s the very best apt. manager that I’ve ever dealt with, in any apt. where I’ve rented before. A lot of work has been done on the building, and in my apartment; fixed the heater ( a new thermostat was installed ) , fixed the stove, fixed the toilet ( a new handle was installed ) . They also hired fumigator’s who got rid of the mice ( using traps baited with poison ) and have treated the kitchen for cockroaches, and have sprayed the bedroom and living room for bed-bugs ( it’s now free from bugs.) The lobby has been re-modelled and painted a pleasant colour ( salmon pink ) and a white bench added, along with several synthetic plants. The landscaping is maintained well; grass gets cut, walkways and parking lot get swept and autumn leaves properly cleared. In winter the walkways and parking lot gets snow-removal.

By Chris from Elizabeth ManorCustomer ReviewAs of the Spring 2018, this apartment building has a new owner and is under new management. Many positive changes have happened. They’ve done a lot of work bringing the place up to code. The building manager is attentive to what needs to be done and is very hard working. All of the apartments that had mice/ bedbugs, have been properly fumigated. The appliances are all in working order, including the washers and dryers re-opened laundry room. It’s way better than it used to be.
