Brandi Rivait Yoga

Brandi Rivait has been practicing yoga for over 7 years and teaching for over 4. She is a fun loving, strong and passionate teacher. Her style is focused on attention to accurate alignment, importance of breath, and mindful movements through flow. She has completed a 4 month Karma Yoga program at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2009, 200hr teacher training with Namaste Yoga Centre in 2011, 500hr Integrative Yoga Therapy training with Joseph and Lillian Lepage in 2012, certified reiki master & reiki level 1 & 2 trainer.
