    SURREY HONDA, SURREY B.C.
Before you buy anything from these guys, put substantial monies aside for a good mechanic and legal fees. My experience has been you will definitely need it. Specifically: 1) an odometer reading on date of purchase lower than on vehicle history documents 2) In contravention of current B.C.Consumer Protection legislation requiring accurate declaration of odometer reading, previous damage in excess of $2000., mechanical defects of vehicle rendering it a lawn ornament within weeks of purchase, Surrey Honda failed to make required "declarations" and further, refuses to provide purchaser copies of "incriminating" transaction docs. 3) fraudulent sale of 2 "Extended" Warranty policies ($1965.)that do not, nor have ever existed, & further refusal to provide identification of "carrier", terms & conditions, expiry date, proving troublesome should one ever need to make a claim. 4) Unauthorized charges for Anti-Theft equipment & Anti-Theft Insurance ($299.)despite not being installed, and further, refusal to provide policy, ignoring fact, vehicle factory equipped with same. 5) Despite trade-in allowance being clearly agreed upon and specifically acknowledged in Purchase Agreement, Surrey Honda immediately renaged on payment or credit for vehicle, requiring threat of legal action to obtain payment. 6) Refusal of access to trade-in to retrieve personal belongings,- leather jacket, brief case with cell phone, camera, wallet c/w $400., ID, bank cards, making the argument contents were now integral components of vehicle. 7) Recognizing they would probably not be able to get away with much of above, entered into written "Compensation Agreement" making partial amends for same, then summarily breach living up to their obligations. 8) Despite a couple of dozen visits and phone calls, as well as 4 Registered letters to management and owners,no response to date, refusing any further communication. Advised this Dealership owned by a lawyer, which kind explains the business model.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
