    We ran into similar problems a few summers ago, along with another customer at the campground. At first the guy seemed friendly, and all the things that went wrong seemed innocent, but we soon noticed that none of them were mistakes, and that he got off causing them without being provoked.

    SCAM!
    We rented a trailer this past summer. The trailer was a nightmare. Alarms starting going off the next morning and three hours later a guy came to fix the problem (dead battery and blown fuses). He admitted to leaving it with a dead battery (he needed to boost it to get the slides out). He replaced the battery but did not fix the two blown fuses and as a result we had to drive to three different places to find fuses to ensure the problem didn't happen again. We were charged a $200 "cleaning fee" even though we left the unit in better shape than it arrived. We were told we could have our $200 back if we rented from them next summer.

    Nothing Special
    We used this company this last summer. The trailer was nothing special. The sink leaked, the bathroom fan was broken and the fridge had a smell. Then in the end he charged us a $200 cleaning fee. When the trailer was brought to us it was not exceptionally clean and when we left it, it was cleaner. I think that is a scam.
