By Sarika from TorontoPlease avoid if you canWe bought a queen bed from them and specifically asked if this is a platform bed as we did not want the box of spring. And guess what once we assembled it after spending hours, we realized that it needed a box of spring. We called them and then no one is coming on line to address our concern. Finally, we placed an order for a box of spring and even for that the sales person is not responding, he changes his quotes and words every moment and not committing when do we collect. In the nut shell - they are cheat and avoid if you can. Eventually we had to buy box of spring from some other store. It was a frustrating experience dealing with Ritz.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
