    I have used this company for many years and many different types of cleaning situations. I fully understand that depending on condition of the carpet, price may vary. It's common sense. If it's dirtier than usual it takes them more time and more product to get them clean. If it's newer carpet and they looked good after they were done, I always get them to scotch guard. Because it really does work! I think some people expect miracles for their minimum cleaning charge. I have and still would recommend this company!

    Horrible rude pushy
    I would not recommend this company at all. The specials are not specials as both the owner and the staff are really pushy to have you spend another 200-300 on enzymes and scotchguarding. when I refused the owner was was really rude stating that is how he makes money. one room they didn't actually clean in an area, the carpet was completely dry. If I could rate the company with a "0" I would. Don't pay to have people come in and get rude and pushy. Lots of other good companies out there

    Great job on my store carpet!!
    I don't normally do this, but we had Pro Steam Carpet Cleaning in Kelowna come into our store to remove some pretty bad grease spots tracked through our store by a truck driver. The technician told me he would do his best, but due to the severity of the stains...couldn't promise perfection? I just want to say...Wow! They did a great job and he spent alot of time at it! You can't see where the spots were? Not only that...I received a call today from their office lady just following up to see if I was satisfied? I am and I will recommend this company to all my friends...Thanks Pro Steam!

    Worst Carpet Cleaning Service!!!!!
    My worst experience ever with Pro-Steam Plus Carpet Cleaning, Kelowna, BC. Highly do not recommend this company to anyone; the reason why is that they say they have been in business for 30 years but their customer service skills are not what their mission statement says, "We always go the extra yard for you!" (110%). They should take that off as that is not what they can provide.
