By Shaymus from Fort SaskatchewanCustomer ReviewI built a new home recently, I hired Ats to install a multizone audio/video entertainment system along with home theater. Initially he tried to hose me with seriously inflated prices, only through getting him in a bidding war with visions electronics did he finally come straight to keep my business. The my russound system that he installed for me constantly has issues, some I have been able to fix on my own but some I have had no luck. Now trying to get ahold of this guy is damn near impossible, totally ignores my calls and texts for weeks, I had to go to the home builder to get him to finally come over, he kind of fixed the issue, couldn't leave the house fast enough. I soon found out later that 3 more issues even more serious than the last had appeared after he made his adjustments, no sound throughout half of the house. He now will not answer me at all, phone calls, texts, nothing. I spent a lot of money on this, over 20 grand absolutely horrible customer service.-
