By bob from surrey(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewDr Jagtar Rai is a very competent doctor and smart as well. i am glad to have him as my family doctor. however, his front desk has rude and very unfriendly staff. They cant wait to slam the phone down on you. they have a real problem saying "Hi", "thank you" or "good bye". To be fair, this a common trait among Punjabi women working in Punjabi doctors' offices in the Lower Mainland. i'll put it down to cultural up bringing.-
