But, the situation is that this company really came forward and fixed any concerns that we had. I was really impressed and it made me feel that in this busy world, customer service still exists. Without going on and on, I just want to summarize that at the end our long distance move was a fairly good experience.
By Janet from Surrey2 moves - same great serviceThis past December I moved from Saskatoon to Montreal, I’ve moved with them twice before for shorter distances and knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. They moved me across the country with the same awesome service they did with my moves between Alberta to Saskatoon. I don’t bother searching for other companies, the price is right and the service is stellar. Two moves and they moved my sister locally within Ontario. The main sales person I dealt with was Amy who was great. She remembered us when we called back to book our 2nd move which is nice that they remember their customers. Carlos and Ali were great both times (we ended up getting the same crew in SK).Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The guys arrived and loaded everything into the truck for us. The kids thought the big truck was really awesome and the men were great with them. When our stuff arrived at our new house they brought everything in for us and made sure we were happy with their services. My moving consultant Holly was very nice and professional. Every time I called with questions he/she was always there to help. Awesome job guys!!

The men were a little late getting there but when they arrived the men that came for my move made up for any concerns I had. They were friendly and very fast. When they got to my delivery they moved all of my stuff into my new place for me. I had a small scratch on my dresser but other than that it was a great move.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I contacted all the companies that provided me quotes while I scrambled to find movers before my lease was up. I called and explained my desperate situation and couldn’t believe how quickly and easily they were able to accommodate me, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stranded!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We had a mover booked for weeks and when they didnt show up on time as scheduled, we had to scramble and call someone at the last minute. Jill and Holly were the reps that I spoke to and were just amazing to deal with. When they said that they would call back, they actually did - which is very hard to find lately. The crew was great at pick up - and although a few items did get scratched I am still very happy with the overall result. They helped us avoid a very costly situation with the new buyers. If we didnt have a pick up on that weekend, I dont know what we would have done.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We moved before so we knew that this takes time to research companies and get quotes. We received several quotes and decided to speak to only 3 best, after that choosing one of them. We felt good about the company and booked the move. This is when everything went downhill. After the move was secure we could not reach anyone. The assured us that everything will be ok depsite the communication problems. But it wasnt. on the moving day, this company didnt show up. So we had no choice. 3 bedroom house with closing day the following morning, we were scrambling. I started calling companies on the spot and no one could help. One even laughed at us asking for a last minute move. I finally called Canadian Moving Systems, who responded and even pulled a crew overtime to finish our move. They did not leave us and packed until the early hours of the morning. We were finally out. I couldnt say enough thank yous to those young guys who took their time with our move. What a crew. Thanks so much Mark and Frank. The goods arrived as scheduled and despite the delays with the closing and getting the keys CMS was amazing to deal with. They never rushed and took the time to ensure that everything was in place. Sammy even helped us put the crib back together. I cant thank them enough for their help especially withe last minute notice. I dont know why i just didnt choose them to begin with. What a great crew. Customer service amazing and I would recommend them any day.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
