By Cheryl from AbbotsfordThe worst cut I've ever had!!Hi there, I'm not one who usually complains, but this time I had to! My hair was down to my rear end and I finally decided to do something with it. I asked the girl, when I called, to please assign me to their best stylist. It's pretty sad if this is your best!! When I was there I asked for their $21.00 cut and it ended up costing me over $40.00! The stylist was an older woman whose station was right in the middle of the salon, coming from the sinks. I told what I wanted and when she was almost done I told her that my sides were still too long, she proceeded to tell me that it's what I asked for, I told her it wasn't and asked her to please take more off my sides. I wanted layers throughout the whole cut and my sides were below my chin! She didn't cut any more off for me. I didn't say ant more because my father had passed away the day before and was getting it cut for his funeral, and I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with her! When she was done, she started to blow dry my hair, I told her that I didn't ask for a blow dry, she then said that she likes to blow dry and flatiron her cuts so she can see how it turns out. I thought it was just something she threw in. When she was done, I wasn't happy because it was far from what I asked for! When I got to the till and she said the total was over 40.00 I almost shit. I said to her that you were the one who wanted to give it the finish touches! She said, sorry, that's the total. When I got home I washed it again and wanted to blow dry it the way I do it. Well It was so uneven, all over, I couldn't believe it!! Just to let you know, I will advertise for you, for free! Very dissatisfied!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
