Took my truck here to get an alignment within one month I noticed severe wear on the inside tread of the drivers tire, so we booked another appointment to have them look at it. It was out 9° (note: I had not taken truck out 4×4ing since before the alignment, and had been town driving less than 1 km a day) They said they wouldn't have let it leave with it being out that much, even though when I left the shop my truck had a very bad pull to the right since and steering wheel no longer sat straight. And then the proceeded to tell us we needed new tie rods and sleaves (OK no biggie since they promised to align it for us after we replaced them for half the price- I also need new front tires now because of the mess up from first alignment) So we got complete tie rod assemblies for both sides and put them on. Then booked a new appointment and specifically asked for a seasoned mechanic that is familiar with older vehicle models. So its only been 2weeks since putting the new parts in, and we go to our appointment and surprise surprise the only mechanics that are there are less than 25 years of age (same guy who did the alignment the first time, we even said we didn't want him working on it again) so there he is with one wrench and one hand trying to break the sleave from the tie rods and now there's a new problem apparently the whole assembly is seized and he argues with us about the fact they are new parts (he was saying there's no way they are new ) So we had to pay for him doing nothing and listening to him complain about him not making enough money off of us for him to actually do it right (you need two wrenches BTW to break the sleaves from the tie rods, he used one and used only one hand to try and break it, I stood there and told him exactly that and he argued with me and said I don't know what I'm talking about, well sorry kid but seeing as I was the one to take the old ones out and put the new ones in yes I do know I literally expienced it on my own and yep needed two wrenches) And this is the part where i realize how much of a joke this shop is. Another customer was in there with his van while I was waiting, that guy was in for his second alignment in two days for the same reasons I had to come back. I will never let anyone I know go to this shop again. If ya want an exhaust welded they are very good but that's seems to be to the extent of their actual expertise. SOOOOO AFTER PAYING FOR WORK THAT WASNT GETTING DONE!! We (bf and I) decide to go home and try breaking the sleaves ourselves and BAM used two wrenches and it came apart easily. So I've concluded that at least this one mechanic is lazy and only motivated by large amounts of money, and does not truly care about his customers (I now have to replace two tires and get another alignment from a better shop which will be approx 500 for tires and another 100+for an alignment.) Which I would not have to do if they had done their job the first time around !!! !! BOTTOM LINE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS? DO NOT GET ALIGNMENTS DONE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT :(
