Terrible! The cleaners ruined a scarf of mine, showed it to me in shreds on a hanger and said the manager, Bonnie, would call me to discuss what they were going to do.
That was a couple of weeks ago. I called twice to speak to Bonnie, she is never in and has not returned my call.
What do you do in these situations? As part of effective management and doing the right thing BJ Drycleaners should make this a priority. Wow!! Terrible!
