By Jerry from VernonCustomer ReviewAbsolutely would not recommend or use this service again. This inspector wasted my time with paint chips and over thinking nearly everything the whole time. I wanted a decent job done but this guy was so over the top. It's almost like he really didn't know what he was doing of have real confidence in what he was saying that he just over did everything to cover himself. I ended up buying the house and it's perfectly ok. Most of the things he was going on about have not givin me any trouble what so ever. This guy is over priced and could find 200 faults on a brand new house-
