Jessica Zeyl Psychotherapy

I offer counselling for individuals, couples and families for a variety of concerns. Some of those concerns are cutting, self esteem, anxiety, depression, conflict, past or present family issues, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, identity. People often come not knowing their specific concerns and I help them identify their concerns. I have seen people experience profound healing through counselling. I provide a safe place for you to come and work on whatever is holding you back from living to your fullest potential: emotionally, relationally and practically. My therapeutic approach draws from my training in a variety of therapy models (psychodynamic, family systems, narrative, emotion focused, cognitive behavioural, and couples therapy) to give you therapy that is specifically tailored to you and your needs. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am married with two children and am nearing forty years of age. If we have the opportunity to work together, it will be a sacred privilege for me to know your story.
