By David from EdmontonTotal scam artists!Absolutely do not engage this company! I called Appliances Unlimited as a registered service provider for GE appliances. I spoke with the secretary and she advised that I would hear back from a technician within the next 24 hours. Needless to say I do not hear back for several days and called again to follow up. Again I was advised they would return a call. Again they did not. Finally a technician called and advised of his schedule. The technician was 4 hours late to scheduled appointment (no call). Parts were ordered and 3 weeks later they fixed the fridge after a follow up call to see where things were at. All this said and done 2 months later the fridge had the exact same problem. I called Appliances Unlimited and again was advised a technician would return my call. A week later still not call. I called again to discuss and they said someone would return my call immediately. Two weeks later still no call. I called again and was advised that the assistant would call me back in 1 hour. No call returned. I called them and they advised that they only warrant the work and parts for 90 days. It was very obvious they were waiting out the 90 days to not have to address. Total scam artists!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
