I remember my neighbor dealing with a similar situation and recommending Mr. Rooter. So, I decided to give them a call. Neil showed up within the time frame they had given me. Neil gave us all of our options. Since this wasn’t the 1st time we had problems with our hot water tank, we took option #2 & replaced it…..a permanent fix in our option. Neil took pride in his work. I was extremely surprised at how well he had cleaned up after he finished. He even took the old tank with him. Voila, we had hot water. The experience with this company was great start to finish, we even became members and would definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for top notch service. Lisa-
