By Melisa from EdmontonBad Plumbing servicesI have very bad experience with these guys who not do all in time , late response etc, its not worth for me , they not give correct pricing detail at the end they charge more that unreasonable. During drain cleaning damage my toilet. I notice that they all are unprofessional, working bad, late response fake pricing, try to deceive you . I have no option less then 1 star. I recommend to all avoid this plumber, If you have a lot money to waste contact them.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

By Melisa from EdmontonI would NOT recommend this PlumberCalled Piper Plumbing for a plugged kitchen sink. Asked when I called if I could have an estimate but was told they would send someone right away and we would be given the estimate as soon as the plumber arrived and before we authorized any work. The plumber showed up very quickly as promised, but he charged us $450 to unclog the drain!! He was in and out of the house in less than 1 hour!! We had had the same problem 2 years earlier and had called a plumber from the yellow pages who did the same job for $125. There were no issues with the plumber's work or professionalism but the price we paid for the job was definitely unreasonable and there was no reason the price could not have been disclosed over the phone as when the plumber arrived he was able to tell us clearly that a clogged drain was automatically a "level 2" job which comes with the standard "level 2" charge and then there was a $130 fee to remove the water from the sink and a $60 call out fee. If these are all standard fees as the plumber explained, it would seem deceptive that when I requested a quote over the phone I was told that they couldn't give any prices until the plumber arrived. If you have money to spare, by all means use these guys they did the job right, but if you want to save a few bucks find a plumber who will be honest about cost over the phone.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
