I fact they lost the results of one blood test that was done in December 2014 and did not locate it until April 2015 The test had to be repeated. We were private pay clients and were billed on two occasions for another clients supplies. Changed to Medigas in August of 2015. The difference in treatment, information and supplies has been nothing short of amazing. We have been treated with information which has made a huge difference in the way oxygen is use and the explanations given by the staff are clear and concise. What a wonderful difference.
